Every deal checked
before it reaches your desk.
DealCopilot is the brokerage side of OfferCopilot. When an agent's deal goes firm, it arrives on your deals desk with its documents already read and checked against your brokerage's checklist. Your team reviews one queue, sends fixes back to the agent, approves, and hands the deal to your back office.
The admin seat is free. Onboarding, setup and training are part of the Brokerage plan.

Illustration. The checks come from your brokerage's deal checklist.
OfferCopilot writes the deal. DealCopilot checks it in.
Your agents and your deals desk work on the same deal, not on copies of it. Nobody retypes it, and nothing gets lost between the agent's inbox and yours.
OfferCopilot
Agents write offers from the MLS they already use, get the OREA forms filled, and collect e-signatures. Every agent seat on the Brokerage plan includes it.

Your deal admins and broker of record get the desk: every firm deal checked, reviewed and approved, a dashboard of the whole roster, and your offices, agents and deposit instructions in one place.

DealCopilot doesn't replace your back office. It handles everything before it: collecting the paperwork, checking it, chasing what's missing, and getting each deal ready to process.
One queue for every firm deal
Deals arrive when they go firm, with the agent, the property and every document. Each one shows what passed, what failed and what couldn't be confirmed.
Your checklist, enforced
Set what a deal must include for each offer type and property type. Required forms, signatures, FINTRAC records for each client and the deposit receipt are checked before the deal reaches you.
Fixes go back to the agent
Mark a deal Needs attention and the agent gets an email saying what to fix. When they resubmit, the deal comes back to the queue. Approvals and settlements are emailed to the agent too.
Your deals mailbox, sorted
Connect the deals mailbox and Alfred, our AI assistant, matches each email to its deal: paperwork, deposit confirmations, lawyer notices, co-op commission. Nothing is filed or changed until someone on the desk says yes.
A clean hand-off to your back office
Email the deal package with a filled Form 640 trade record summary, or copy each detail from one export page into your back-office system. Then record its deal number on the deal.
A dashboard of the whole roster
Offers by stage and by agent, agents who haven't written a deal lately, and twelve months of results for each agent.
Agents and offices
Invite agents by email, approve joins and office moves, and keep each office's details current. An agent's unsigned offers move with them when they change office.
Deposit instructions per office
Upload each trust account's deposit instructions once and the desk reads the PDF in. Link a set to its offices, and your agents' deals use the right one.
Ready for a RECO request
See the paperwork each agent is missing, open any deal's BRAs, and export one agent's offers when the regulator asks for them.
From firm to processed, without the email chase.
The deal goes firm
The agent's deal goes firm in OfferCopilot and is sent to your desk once its checks pass. A deal written elsewhere can be imported and submitted the same way.
The paperwork is checked
Every document is read and compared with the deal and with your checklist. Anything that can't be confirmed is flagged for a person, never passed.
Your desk decides
Approve it, or send it back with a note. The agent is emailed either way, and a resubmission lands back in your queue.
Your back office takes over
Send the package and trade record summary to your back office, record its deal number, and mark the deal settled when the money lands.
AI reads the documents. Rules decide. People approve.
A deals desk is a compliance function, so DealCopilot never lets a model's guess stand in for a check. Read how the desk handles your data →
A check can't guess
If a document can't be read or a value can't be confirmed, the check says so and the deal waits for a person. It never shows as passed.
Nothing happens on its own
Alfred suggests where an email belongs. Someone on the desk applies it. It never picks a recipient or sends an email based on what it read.
Your brokerage only
Desk accounts see their own brokerage's agents and deals, and nothing else. That comes from the account itself, not a setting anyone can change.
Every decision on record
Every approval, request and status change is recorded on the deal, with who made it and when.
One price per agent. The desk comes with it.
